Connect to ZohoCRM on desktop
How to connect iovox with ZohoCRM on desktop:
- Start by clicking the top left menu drop down.
- Click on 'Integrations'.
- Select Zoho on the list by clicking the + icon
- Enter your Zoho username and Zoho password.
- Click on connect
You will see a confirmation screen when the connection is successful. If you have any issues, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You can now start sharing calls with ZohoCRM.
